Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via PayPal and must be made in full at the time of purchase. If you do not wish to use PayPal, I am more than and happy to do payment over the phone. Please take a look at the shop and let me know which piece you'd like to purchase.
Currency: All prices on our website are listed in GBP. Payments made in other currencies will be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.
Payment Security: We take the security of your payment information seriously. We have no access to your online bank details as we use PayPal as our payment method.
Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are required.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses within the UK at the applicable rate. The total amount of sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Shipping Information
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment. Custom-made or personalised items may require additional processing time however you will be made aware of this when applying for a commissioned piece.
Shipping Methods: We only offer Special delivery options via Royal Mail. Shipping rates are fixed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any other factors such as mail strikes.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within the UK no questions asked. However, if you are an international buyer, please do get in touch.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs processing, or courier delays.
