At Therese Coulleau Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within two weeks of the date of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. The return request must be initiated within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase.
3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team by filling in the below form or calling 07776101457.
2. Once your return request is approved, securely package the item along with all original packaging and documentation.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
5. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

1. Commisioned items are eligible for return unless they include names, dates, locations or anything that makes it personal to you.
2. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Refund

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any shipping charges, discounts, or restocking fees, if applicable. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
